Job summary

HYTORC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting department, ensuring accurate month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations. You will interact with the Controller, CFO, and international teams to align reporting with group requirements.

The role emphasizes lease accounting under ASC 842, fixed assets, audit coordination, and process improvements while developing staff and maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5-10 years in a similar management role; international experience preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with month-end close processes and variance analysis.
• Familiar with ASC 606/ASC 842 and lease accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, incl. journals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review balance sheet and P/L reconciliations.
• Oversee lease accounting per ASC842, including lease assessments.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting and ad-hoc variance analyses.
• Coordinate annual audit with external auditors.
• Assist with process improvements and internal controls strengthening.
• Provide financial analysis support to CFO/Controller and SAP improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
