The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, 3–6 years of consulting experience, and a track record of delivering actionable recommendations in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or related advisory capacity.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and interactions with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; data analytics or PM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess organizational needs and develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and benchmarking.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations to share findings.
• Design and implement solutions for operational efficiency and organizational change.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and resources to ensure success.
• Prepare client reports, executive presentations, and process documentation.
• Guide client teams through change management and adoption of new practices.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust plans to achieve objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
