Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or related advisory capacity.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and interactions with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; data analytics or PM software is a plus.
• Ability to deliver results in fast-paced client environments.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a cross-functional consulting team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess organizational needs, diagnose business issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations to gather information and share findings.
• Design, document, and implement solutions for operational efficiency and change.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful implementation.
• Prepare client reports and executive presentations.
• Guide client teams through change management and adoption of new practices.
• Monitor progress and KPIs, adjusting plans to meet objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
