Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln in California seeks a dynamic Management Consultant (MC4028-GR7) for a full-time contract. You will partner with client leadership to diagnose issues, design improvements, and guide change management across multi-stakeholder teams.

The role offers flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or on-site), competitive annual pay, and opportunities for extension or conversion based on performance. 3–6 years of consulting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or related advisory capacity.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and senior stakeholder interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools; data analytics or project management software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clients to assess organizational needs, diagnose business issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations to gather information and share findings.
• Design, document, and implement solutions for operational efficiency, process improvement, and organizational change.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation of recommendations.
• Prepare clear and concise client reports, executive presentations, and process documentation.
• Guide client teams through change management, ensuring adoption of new practices and measurable improvements.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices to provide current, relevant advice.
