Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Management Consultant on a full-time contract basis. The role partners with client leadership to analyze challenges, identify growth opportunities, and implement organizational improvements across functions.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of management consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3–6 years of management consulting or related advisory experience.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clients to assess organizational needs, diagnose business issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations to gather information and share findings.
• Design, document, and implement solutions for operational efficiency and organizational change.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources for implementation.
• Prepare client reports and executive presentations.
• Guide client teams through change management and measurable improvements.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
