Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Management, Organizational Development, or Economics.
• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or related advisory capacity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools; familiarity with data analytics or PM software is a plus.

Responsibilities
