Job summary

Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln is seeking a dynamic Management Consultant on a full-time contract basis. You will analyze client leadership challenges, benchmark against best practices, and design practical organizational improvements.

Expect multi-stakeholder engagements, change management guidance, and clear client reporting. The role requires 3–6 years in management consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Organizational Development, Economics, or similar).
• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or a related advisory capacity.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess organizational needs, diagnose business issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations to gather information and share findings.
• Design, document, and implement solutions for operational efficiency, process improvement, and organizational change.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation of recommendations.
• Prepare clear and concise client reports, executive presentations, and process documentation.
• Guide client teams through change management, ensuring adoption of new practices and measurable improvements.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices to provide current, relevant advice.
