Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a qualified Management Analyst / Action Officer to join our team in support of the Air Force Sustainment Center. The successful candidate will provide Advisory and Assistance Services to AFSC Logistics, assisting in project analysis, workflow management, and operational support.

The role includes developing briefing charts, managing suspense tasks, overseeing records management, coordinating security inspections, and supporting travel/training logistics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of DAFH 33-337 Tongue and Quill and AFMAN 33-326 guidelines.
• Experience in technical documentation and preparing reports for projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and calendars.
• Experience in data management and SharePoint/Teams site management.
• Experience supporting security inspections and maintaining compliance with protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for briefing leadership and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in project analysis, workflow management, and process improvement.
• Develop and prepare briefing charts and presentations for leadership review.
• Manage suspense tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion per AFSC standards.
• Oversee records management processes and adherence to security guidelines.
• Assist with security inspections and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Coordinate and track travel and training schedules for AFSC personnel.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites for collaboration.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep senior leadership organized.
• Handle tasking and coordination across teams, routing information clearly.
• Conduct research, analyze data, identify risks, and provide mitigations.
• Consolidate findings into comprehensive packages for senior review.
