Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is a full lifecycle digital transformation company supporting the Air Force Sustainment Center AFSC. The Management Analyst Action Officer will provide advisory and assistance services, manage task tracking in the TMT system, oversee records and security inspections, and coordinate travel and training logistics for AFSC personnel.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in management analysis or related roles.
MAMS degree required.
US citizenship required.
Secret Clearance desirable; ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

Develop and prepare briefing charts and presentations for leadership review.
Manage suspense tasks and deadlines; ensure timely completion and AFSC standards.
Oversee records management and security inspections compliance.
Coordinate travel and training schedules for AFSC personnel.
Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites for communication and collaboration.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior leadership.
Conduct research, analyze data, identify risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
Create comprehensive packages for senior level review and approval.
