Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Major Accounts Client Success Manager to manage the largest dealer group clients in the Greater Los Angeles / Orange County region. The role emphasizes retention, revenue growth, and optimizing Cox products across Autotrader, KBB, and Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer.

You will travel up to 75% of the time, build executive relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to drive account strategy and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
• Travel within an assigned sales territory will be required (up to 75%).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Preferred: Autotrader Client Solutions Manager experience.
• Experience in automotive media or advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with Cox Automotive's top dealer group clients.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions to optimize ROI.
• Retain clients and grow revenue through product optimization and consultative support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute account strategy and identify opportunities.
• Travel extensively to client sites across the region.
