Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Client Success Manager/Territory Sales Manager to grow and retain subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products. You will manage a portfolio of dealers in Wilmington, NC / Myrtle Beach, SC and build strong relationships to drive revenue growth.

You will present data-driven insights, coordinate with Cox Auto sales teams, and pursue cross-sell opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
• Travel within an assigned sales territory will be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
• Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
• Provide data-driven consultative assessments to dealers and deepen relationships.
• Coordinate with other sales teams to maximize revenue and referrals.
• Lead monthly ROI reviews and present insights to dealers.
