Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead the Maintenance Work Process (MWP) as the site Steward, directing the Planning and Scheduling Team to align with safety, reliability, and production goals.

The role primarily handles routine maintenance with support for small projects and outages, while driving CMMS/SAP evolution, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years experience in a related field required.
• Two+ years leadership experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• No licensure or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert and steward of the Maintenance Work Process.
• Maintain relationships across Operations, Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling, Warehouse/Procurement, and Technical Groups.
• Ensure ongoing improvement and application of the Maintenance Work Process with training.
• Support work process cohesion and timing as designed.
• Participate in Maintenance Budget Development and Management.
• Own, analyze, and present MWP Metrics at all levels.
• Develop/participate in MWP observations, audits, and assessments.
• Coach and develop Planning and Scheduling staff for excellence.
• Develop Training Needs Analyses for the department and implement gaps closure.
• Drive CMMS / SAP feature evolution and content.
• Able to master CMMS / SAP for the MWP; SAP experience a plus.
• Ambassador for MWP evolution and adherence.
