Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Sr Maintenance Planner to develop and execute maintenance plans for upgrading and sustaining plant equipment across Texas facilities. The role includes coordinating schedules, selecting materials, and ensuring workmanship meets safety and quality standards.

The position requires an Associate degree and 6+ years in Oil & Gas or related fields, with Green Belt-level process improvement experience and strong data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2 year / Associate Degree (Required).
• Six (6) or more years Oil & Gas or related experience (Required).
• No Licensure or Certification Required.
• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain LSS Green Belt; 2 years of critical analysis and evaluation of data, financials and/or market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance planning; develop, plan and execute upgrades and projects for corrective/preventive maintenance.
• Schedule tasks; allocate resources and ensure timely execution of maintenance.
• Select suppliers and control quality of materials/services; ensure safety in work plans.
• Collaborate with site management, contractors and technicians regarding the maintenance schedule and findings.
• Manage parts warehouse and conduct parts validation; coordinate with maintenance teams.
