The Planning and Scheduling Manager is the recognized site Steward of the Maintenance Work Process (MWP) and is specifically responsible for managing, leading, and directing the Planning and Scheduling Team in support of the MWP while developing the Team and its members to be well‑rounded, strategically trained, and motivated stewards of their assignments. The Planning and Scheduling Manager works to ensure the MWP, planning and scheduling activities and products, and site MWP training and application are consistent with Delek US Core Values and support and complement corporate and site safety, environmental, reliability, regulatory, and production goals. This role is primarily responsible for routine maintenance activities but does support small projects and outages as needed.
