Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a maintenance planning and scheduling professional to oversee non-routine maintenance on storage tanks, outages, and CAPEX projects. You will forecast, plan, and coordinate across departments to ensure MI compliance and safe, efficient repairs.

The role demands strong project management, adherence to engineering practices, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, and Supply Chain to deliver on safety and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ years managing projects in $1–5MM range (Preferred)
• 1+ years storage tank erection or inspection experience (Preferred)
• 2+ years SAP or equivalent (Matrix, Maximo) planning experience (Required)
• 2+ years maintenance, project or turnaround leadership (Preferred)
• 2+ years project management experience, including budget management (Required)

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute non-routine maintenance work (tanks, outages, exp. capital projects)
• Develop annual tank plan and coordinate with multiple departments
• Create project timelines and provide weekly spend and monthly budget forecasts
• Plan and schedule outages and major maintenance work including scope, budgeting and bidding
• Lead tank entry planning meetings and ensure adherence to safety practices
• Interface with SMEs to resolve tank issues and ensure compliance with Delek standards
