Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support industrial operations and ensure reliable equipment performance. The role centers on planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities, leveraging SAP/ERP and MS Office, with a pay range of $65,000–$75,000.

You will partner with area supervisors, supply chain teams, and external vendors to align parts, materials, and service contracts with maintenance standards. Regular KPI reports will guide budgeting and decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of field maintenance or planning experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Foundational knowledge of maintenance planning principles and industrial process equipment.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems (SAP/ERP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing end-to-end maintenance scheduling and supporting critical field operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support area supervisors with job preparation, field readiness, equipment, and material availability in alignment with company maintenance standards.
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and track assigned work orders; lead and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, runtime forecasting, and maintenance history within the ERP/SAP system to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate parts, materials, service contracts, and warehouse inventory levels with internal supply chain teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with senior planners and supervisors to organize, scope, and execute major planned production shutdowns.
• Generate regular and ad hoc KPI reports to support maintenance management decisions and budgeting.
