Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to generate work orders and schedule maintenance events across facilities. The role requires strong planning, data integrity, and CMMS proficiency to support reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in planning/scheduling in manufacturing, with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience. GMP familiarity and strong communication with teams and vendors are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or strong work history with 3+ years planning/scheduling in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Generate work orders and create schedules for maintenance events.
• Ensure 100% data integrity in CMMS asset records and work orders.
• Read manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings to understand maintenance needs.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
