Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a safety-sensitive environment, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of critical path analysis and scheduling concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe and clean work environment with safety as priority.
• Develops and maintains daily, weekly, monthly maintenance schedules for technicians.
• Aligns work orders with priorities, resources, and constraints.
• Collaborates with maintenance, production and engineering to understand maintenance needs and downtime impact.
• Communicates approved schedules and changes to stakeholders.
• Uses CMMS to build and communicate maintenance schedules and track progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
