Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of related experience in maintenance planning.
  • CMMS experience required.
  • Undergraduate or Associate degree in a related field.
  • Certified Maintenance Planner certification preferred.
  • Texas driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and review a program of work.
  • Ensure work/repairs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Produce progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders.
  • Break large jobs into phases of development.
  • Collaborate with estimators to plan resources for projects.
  • Meet with contractors and suppliers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing repair.
  • Write scopes of work for bids.
  • Support of Craft Supervisors.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
