The maintenance planner is responsible for ensuring that maintenance activities both repetitive and proactive are planned, scheduled, and tracked in an efficient and effective manner. Possess capability to identify, locate and source required materials/equipment required for repair. Anticipate potential problems before they arise (defect prevention and avoidable delays) and create a plan of action to address them. Reports to Facilities Director of Maintenance.
