Job summary

Universal Stainless in Bridgeville, PA seeks a Maintenance Planner Scheduler to manage on-site maintenance planning and scheduling. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating between Operations and Maintenance, establishing work plans, and supporting outage planning and vendor coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement short and long term maintenance programs (PdM & PM).
• Coordinate maintenance activities between Operations and Maintenance.
• Plan on-site maintenance to address reliability and availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PdM & PM programs for mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain plant records for equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities between Operations and Maintenance Departments.
• Plan and coordinate on-site maintenance to address reliability and availability; develop work plans for repairs, preventive maintenance and overhauls.
• Plan projects by establishing benchmark times based on work content analysis.
• Provide support to Maintenance and Operations on urgent work.
• Schedule and attend meetings to refine schedules and coordinate work.
