Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance supervisors and automation engineers in maintenance processes and procedures.
• Lead capital investment and automation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk planning.
• Ensure safety compliance of plant-wide programs (70E, crane safety, PPE, LOTO, etc.).
• Oversee maintenance budget, staffing, and training to support operating plans.
• Provide RCA and reliability improvements to enhance asset performance and NADCAP compliance.
