Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Florida to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance. You will manage SAP-based maintenance planning, coordinate preventive and predictive tasks, and ensure parts, resources, and labor are aligned with production schedules.

Collaborate with Production, Technical Stores, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime, mentor Electro-Mechanical Technicians, and drive safety and efficiency improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical processes, equipment and electrical systems.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adopt new methods.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, MP2, MLS).
• 3 years experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering environment; maintenance planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SAP maintenance system, from establishing equipment to cost reporting.
• Manage preventative maintenance system and Planning and Scheduling KSR; edit/create PMs.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with production and downtime; prioritize and elevate critical works.
• Incorporate Predictive Maintenance routines into planning and AMM systems.
• Coordinate external contractor support for facility maintenance.
• Publish weekly maintenance schedule and ensure schedule compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects with operations and engineering.
