Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Planner to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance through effective planning and scheduling. You will coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, ensure availability of parts, and align activities with production to minimize downtime.

You'll work with Production, Technical Stores, and Maintenance teams, guiding Electro-Mechanical Technicians and driving continuous improvement while maintaining safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, & Engineering environments.
• Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, safety permits and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SAP maintenance system, from establishing equipment to cost reporting.
• Manage preventative maintenance system and Planning and Scheduling KSR.
• Coordinate downtime with production and prioritize tasks.
• Incorporate Predictive Maintenance routines into the KSR and AMM system.
• Coordinate outside contractor support as needed.
• Publish weekly maintenance schedule.
• Monitor Workorder Completion, Backlog, and Schedule Compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects with operations and engineering.
