Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to develop and manage preventative maintenance programs. You will coordinate SAP work orders, plan calendars and lead hourly maintenance teams to ensure asset reliability and timely production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or maintenance planning/scheduling experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve planning methodology for the preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate SAP for maintenance functions by creating, maintaining, and modifying work orders as necessary.
• Plan work calendar to meet the quality and timeliness expectations of production.
• Provide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team in processing, packing, and utilities.
• Perform field inspections, determine appropriate job work scopes, develop work plans, and stage parts kits.
• Identify equipment failure trends and report them to the engineering department for root cause analysis.
