Job summary

Isola Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner II in Ridgeway, SC. The role focuses on SAP planning/scheduling, inventory management, and collaboration with the Supply chain Administrator to ensure continuous production. You will plan PMs, manage parts, and drive maintenance work control processes.

As a maintenance specialist, you will work with technicians and operations to optimize uptime, coordinate with engineering, and support TPM initiatives while maintaining safe, compliant practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience purchasing maintenance items preferred.
• Experience using a PC is expected.
• SAP Plant Maintenance strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the highest priority in all tasks.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and teams to schedule PMs and maintenance work.
• Create PMs and improvements using manuals and technician input.
• Prioritize and assign work orders to minimize downtime.
• Develop technician workforce schedules to meet skills and availability.
• Support plant shut downs by ensuring parts are ready.
