Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Specialist II, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling to coordinate maintenance activities across facilities in a safe, compliant environment. You will develop work packages, optimize schedules with operations and contractors, and support audits and long-range planning.

The role emphasizes SAP/CMMS proficiency, data analysis, and collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or related roles.
• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS/maintenance planning systems.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and estimate maintenance activities; develop work packages; coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors to ensure efficient execution.
• Analyze maintenance needs, optimize schedules, and bundle work to reduce interruptions.
• Review and validate work order data, support audits and inspections, and contribute to long-range maintenance planning.
• Support quality assurance by coordinating inspections, monitoring procedures, and assisting with process improvements.
• Collect and analyze maintenance data, track component history, and support reporting to measure effectiveness and resource utilization.
