Job summary

Graphic Packaging International, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Planner in Pineville, NC. The role supports maintenance planning with a systems approach, coordinating estimating, scoping, labor, materials, and procurement for mechanical and electrical work.

You will create job plans, manage SAP work orders, and lead weekly and shutdown planning while coordinating parts and requisitions to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years on maintenance planning experience.
• Up to 15% local travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, estimate cost and completion time; schedule jobs in area of responsibility.
• Create job plans for repetitive maintenance procedures.
• Manage SAP work order backlog for area of responsibility.
• Attend safety meetings and initiatives.
• Order and manage parts for work orders.
• Maintain an accurate work order list in SAP.
• Leads weekly and shutdown planning and scheduling activities.
• Bill of materials management and optimization.
• Coordinate entering of requisitions (material and service).
• Enter PM’s into FIIX system; track PM performance.
