Job summary

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP Building Solutions) is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee the Preventive Maintenance Program at our OSB manufacturing facility. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance labor, parts, and equipment access to ensure timely execution and conformance to specifications.

You will administer the CMMS, maintain equipment databases, and generate reports on trends, failures, and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training accepted.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets and CMMS.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process improvement.
• Knowledge of plant safety rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical materials.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage CMMS system with local support and data management.
• Establish and maintain databases for facility equipment.
• Create reports on maintenance trends, failures, and costs.
• Identify and prioritize routine maintenance; publish weekly schedules.
• Coordinate with supply management to attach store room inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet objectives.
• Develop and revise preventive maintenance specifications and SOPs.
• Maintain plant environment.
