Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. seeks a Plant Maintenance Planner to support the maintenance group under the Maintenance Manager. You will develop work schedules, plan scopes for work orders, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance across plant equipment and areas.

You will collaborate with maintenance, production management, and technicians, manage BOMs, source parts, allocate materials, and monitor labor hours, while upholding safety culture and timely maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years proven experience in a related manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree or vocational certificate or higher preferred.
• Strong SAP and Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans work orders and schedules maintenance activities end-to-end.
• Collaborates with maintenance, production management and technicians to plan and prioritize work.
• Develops BOMs and sources parts; allocates materials to work orders.
• Maintains SAP master data and tracks labor hours against work orders.
• Generates purchase requisitions and identifies alternative vendors as needed.
• Be on call and support due to plant operations.
