Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a seasoned Planner to plan maintenance jobs, enter job plans and material requisitions in SAP, and support maintenance processes with SAP work order management. You will conduct field walks, generate detailed job plans with resources, durations, and equipment needs.

Responsibilities include reviewing SAP backlog, planning requests, coordinating crafts, distributing documentation, handling emergencies, updating SAP work orders, and aligning with the

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an industrial setting and 3+ years in a maintenance planning role.
• Experience with SAP planning and SAP work order management.
• Ability to generate BOMs, track POs, and understand crafts and materials.

Responsibilities

• Review SAP backlog daily/weekly and plan requests in SAP work orders.
• Generate detailed job plans with required resources, duration, MTRs, and equipment.
• Distribute documentation to the execution team in organized job packages.
• Attend scheduling meetings and align with supervisors to ensure resource loading.
• Close work orders and update statuses as work progresses.
