Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking an experienced maintenance planner/scheduler to plan and schedule activities for facility equipment and support SAP PM upgrades. You will coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while collaborating with internal teams and contractors.

The role requires hands-on maintenance planning experience, SAP PM proficiency, and strong Excel/CMMS skills. The position is based on-site in Fort Worth, TX, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
Experience with SAP PM modules.
Proficiency in Excel and maintenance management software.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule maintenance activities for facility equipment using CMMS.
Assist in resolving maintenance-related production issues and support CAPEX projects.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor work order completion rates and maintenance metrics.
