Job summary

Glacier Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner / EAM Coordinator to support maintenance and operations through EAM administration, PM programs, asset documentation, and compliance activities.

The role connects Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability teams to plan, schedule, document, and execute work safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will maintain asset data, coordinate work orders, support backlog management, track regulatory activities, and help optimize

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, work management, reliability, asset management, or industrial operations.
Experience using EAM/CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, or Oracle EAM.
Strong understanding of maintenance work management processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

Create, review, prioritize, and track maintenance work orders within the EAM system.
Coordinate maintenance activities between Operations and Maintenance personnel.
Develop and maintain work packages and job plans.
Support weekly and long-range maintenance planning activities.
Monitor maintenance backlog and prioritize accordingly.
Participate in planning and scheduling meetings.
Review data quality and generate reports.
