Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our facilities team. You will oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using EAM software.

You will manage work orders, perform data analysis on parts/assets, and collaborate with the EAM team to improve maintenance processes while upholding safety and quality standards. Experience with enterprise software and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators.
• Collaborate with EAM analysts to implement standard coding schemes and maintenance procedures.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, planning, updating and closure.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and suggest improvements.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
