Job summary

hrtsolutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across our Windham Township, OH manufacturing operations. The role aims to minimize downtime by ensuring the right resources, tools and parts are available when needed.

You will maintain equipment history in Oracle CMMS, prepare PM schedules and work orders, estimate labor and materials, and track KPIs. A strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, plus safety compliance, is

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED.
3–5 years of experience operating and maintaining equipment in a manufacturing industrial setting.
Strong computer operations skills with Microsoft Office products.
Proficiency with CMMS (Oracle).
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and industrial equipment.
Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules based on safety and production needs.
Coordinate preventive maintenance with technicians and supervisors to minimize downtime.
Maintain records of equipment history, maintenance logs and work orders in Oracle CMMS.
Estimate labor, materials and costs for maintenance work and procure parts.
Prepare maintenance reports and KPIs, assist budgeting for maintenance expenses.
