Ash Grove Cement is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance activities at the plant. You will schedule jobs to maximize equipment efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and supervise crews and contractors while supporting capital projects.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, 3+ years in maintenance at a cement/industrial plant, and strong English communication. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• Minimum technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years in a maintenance role in cement or industrial plants preferred.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance and projects.
• Provide technical assistance to maintenance crew and supervise contractors.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and participate in safety meetings.
• Develop and maintain standard job plans and equipment history.
• Assist in budgeting for capital maintenance expenditures.
