Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support one of the world’s largest online retailers. The role focuses on asset management, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using EAM software.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, auditing inventory, and providing Tier 1 EAM support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient facilities operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and admins; liaison for system problems.
• Work with EAM Analyst to implement standard coding schemes, PM procedures, and scheduling.
• Manage work orders for accurate creation, updating, and resolution.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and suggest software enhancements.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
