You will manage asset data, plan maintenance work, train end users on EAM systems, and oversee spare parts inventory to ensure reliable operations across facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management and preventive maintenance planning.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software and data analysis.
• Ability to train end users and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and admins; liaison for system problems.
• Manage work orders in the EAM system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and closure.
• Analyze parts/assets data and recommend software or process improvements.
• Measure and report facilities metrics to management; support Tier 1 EAM needs.
• Foster positive working relationships with Client and Operations teams; promote safety.
