Job summary
Rise Technical in Mosinee, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own the maintenance function in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will lead a high-performing team, shape preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, and drive reliability and production performance.
You’ll collaborate with senior site leadership, influence capital investment decisions, and introduce new ideas and processes across the operation.
Qualifications
- Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and ability to read blueprints.
- Experience developing PM strategies and downtime schedules with a proactive approach to reliability.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the maintenance function and set the long-term strategy.
- Develop and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance, coordinating downtime to maximize uptime.
- Influence senior leadership on capital investment and technology across the facility.
