• Strong background in industrial maintenance; engineering or related degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics; read blueprints/schematics.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintenance program development.
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety practices and standards for maintenance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
