Job summary

ClearBridge Executive Search is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for a fast-paced manufacturing site in Mequon, Wisconsin. You will lead maintenance operations, drive reliability, and manage a team of technicians to maximize uptime.

The role requires strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical expertise, with experience in CMMS, predictive maintenance, and KPI reporting. You will collaborate across engineering and production to improve processes and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and uptime improvement.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive quality initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues.
• Review and monitor rotating equipment conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Participate in equipment design to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering sketches.
• Create reports detailing maintenance activities, equipment status, and cost control.
• Lead and develop technicians while holding teams accountable to performance standards.
