Job summary

Rise Technical in Mosinee, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own the maintenance function in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will lead a high-performing team, shape preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, and drive reliability and production performance.

You’ll collaborate with senior site leadership, influence capital investment decisions, and introduce new ideas and processes across the operation.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience developing PM strategies and downtime schedules with a proactive approach to reliability.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the maintenance function and set the long-term strategy.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of the maintenance function, leading and developing a high-performing team while setting the long-term maintenance strategy.

• Influence senior-level decisions around capital investment, technology, equipment reliability, and operational improvements across a state-of-the-art facility.

The Candidate:

• Proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to read blueprints, electrical prints, and schematics.
• Proven experience developing PM strategies and planned maintenance/downtime schedules, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, reliability, and continuous improvement.
