Job summary

Carter’s Inc. Braselton, GA distribution center is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance, facilities, grounds and infrastructure for a 1.1 million sq ft DC.

You will report to the Senior Director of Engineering or Senior Maintenance Manager and lead maintenance across two shifts. You will manage at least one maintenance supervisor and 20+ non-exempt technicians, with occasional night/weekend hours and travel to Buckhead or other DCs as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for multi-shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of DC equipment and facilities.
• Manage CMMS and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff including a supervisor and technicians.
• Manage vendor relationships and capital project scoping.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with operations leadership across shifts.
