Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management, Process Management, Program Management, or Change Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Management, Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit.
• At least 2 years partnering with internal business clients and cross-functional teams.
• At least 2 years of experience writing communications for leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MADI towers and senior leadership to drive excellence and scalability.
• Lead associate experience and culture-building processes across MADI.
• Organize onboarding experiences for new MADI team members.
• Establish and manage a training curriculum and learning paths.
• Liaise with AML COS team to coordinate events and scaling initiatives.
• Design and improve organizational mechanisms for efficiency and cohesion.
• Support MADI ceremonies, PI planning, prioritization, and change management.
• Support the ERO GenAI Community of Practice activities and reporting.
• Build cross-stakeholder relationships to drive results across departments.
• Support project management for large-scale initiatives within MADI.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
