Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, MADI Program Management to champion streamlined processes and strong associate engagement across the Anti-Money Laundering Modeling and Advanced Data Insights (MADI) team in Richmond, VA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management, Process Management, Program Management, or Change Management experience.
• At least 3 years of Data Management, Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit experience.
• At least 3 years of experience partnering with internal business clients.
• At least 2 years of experience writing communications for leadership and non-leadership audiences.
• At least 2 years of cross-functional experience in Tech, Product, Design, or Data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MADI towers and senior leadership to drive excellence, optimize workflows, and improve transparency and scalability.
• Lead associate engagement and culture-building processes across MADI (onboarding, learning paths, training curriculum).
• Serve as liaison to AML COS team for AML-wide events and scaling initiatives.
• Design and maintain organizational mechanisms to ensure efficient, cohesive operation aligned with MADI imperatives.
• Support MADI ceremonies and processes including PI planning, prioritization, and change management.
• Support ERO GenAI Community of Practice including quarterly summit and centralized forums.
• Build cross-stakeholder relationships across AML Advisory, FCIO, ESRA, Risk Tech, and other partners.
• Support PM for large-scale projects and budgeting, recruiting, and resource management across MADI.
