Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development to join its active M&A team, reporting to the Chief Development Officer and supporting senior leaders as it executes an aggressive acquisition strategy.

The role offers hands-on exposure to full lifecycle M&A, with emphasis on underwriting, diligence, and strategic growth within a sponsor-backed platform, alongside collaboration across finance, sourcing, and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and audit financial models and run valuation analyses.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for deal execution.
• Clear, concise communication of complex financial results to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support full acquisition lifecycle from opportunity evaluation to close.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, underwriting materials for tuck-in acquisitions.
• Coordinate with Directors on large transactions and assist with diligence and deal execution.
• Prepare investment committee materials, transaction overviews, and LOIs.
• Maintain deal pipeline data and assist in reporting and dashboards.
