Job summary

Nexxt, Inc. seeks a seasoned Corporate Business Development leader to drive the due diligence process from LOI through close on complex acquisitions, often 10M+ in size. You will coordinate Sellers and WM’s internal stakeholders across the transaction lifecycle, owning timelines and escalation paths.

This role emphasizes organizational excellence, strategic thinking, and strong communication to deliver a cohesive investment assessment and successful deal closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the due diligence process from LOI to close on complex acquisitions (typically 10M+).
• Coordinate with Sellers and WM's internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Own deal timeline, scope, and information requirements across diligence workstreams.
• Synthesize diligence findings into an investment assessment prior to signing APA.
