Humana Inc. is seeking an IT integration leader to guide M&A IT integration for corporate development and the Integration Management Office.

The role works with executives, cross-functional IT teams, and acquired organizations to shape transition services agreements and Day 1 planning. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in technology leadership with M&A experience, enterprise systems knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS, Eng or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience in IT due diligence for M&A, divestitures, or JVs.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence across M&A, divestitures, JVs, and investments.
• Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and value opportunities.
• Develop IT integration cost estimates and investment models.
• Define target-state integration and hypotheses aligned to strategy.
• Partner with IMO, Legal, and target leadership on TSAs and separations.
• Provide executive updates and risk assessments to leaders.
