Humana Inc. is seeking an IT Procurement Lead to establish category strategies and lead sourcing plans across a healthcare technology portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business needs into practical sourcing strategies and negotiated agreements.

The role requires senior-level procurement experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives, often in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, supply chain, technology, or finance.
• 8+ years of progressive IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, or managing healthcare technology solutions in a regulated industry.
• Experience negotiating complex software, SaaS, cloud, data, and tech-enabled services agreements.
• Strong understanding of category management, sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and sourcing pipelines informed by business priorities and market intelligence.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including requirements, market assessment, and negotiations.
• Negotiate complex software, SaaS, cloud, data, and technology-enabled services agreements with pricing and licensing terms.
