Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Associate in Corporate Development to drive M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships for its energy and AI infrastructure initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify targets, model scenarios, and present valuations to leadership.

The role requires 1–3+ years in investment banking or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and sector knowledge in AI, digital infrastructure, and real estate.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity or Transaction Advisory Services.
• Direct experience on M&A transactions, including structuring and modeling scenarios and memos.
• Strong coverage or deep sector knowledge in AI / Digital Infrastructure, Technology & Software, Industrials, Energy or Real Estate.
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior executives and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures: target identification, strategic rationale, due diligence, valuation and closing.
• Strategic investments & partnerships: evaluate opportunities, deal structuring, and business case development.
• General corporate development: pipeline management, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations on market trends, portfolio performance and deal progress for internal stakeholders.
